How can I track my order?
You should have received a tracking link with your order, however if you can’t find it, just email [email protected] and we will provide you with your tracking link 🙂
Where do you ship?
- We ship both domestically within the US, as well as internationally. All products are made in the United States and Europe and we ship them worldwide!
When will my order ship?
- Orders generally ship within 3 days after confirmation.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
- Shoot an email to [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you! If you order does not arrive (within 20 days domestic, 40 international). We can resend or refund, whichever you prefer 🙂
- All sent packages are marked with the return address. You are responsible for covering return fees in case you’ve changed your mind about your order
