SHIPPING

How can I track my order?

  • You should have received a tracking link with your order, however if you can’t find it, just email [email protected] and we will provide you with your tracking link πŸ™‚

Where do you ship?

  • We ship both domestically within the US, as well as internationally. All products are made in the United States and Europe and we ship them worldwide!

When will my order ship?

  • Orders generally ship within 3 days after confirmation.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

  • Shoot an email to [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you! If you order does not arrive (within 20 days domestic, 40 international). We can resend or refund, whichever you prefer πŸ™‚

 

RETURNS

  • All sent packages are marked with the return address. You are responsible for covering return fees in case you’ve changed your mind about your order

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept PayPal, Bitcoin and all major credit and debit cards.

I have a discount code. How do I use it?

  • You can enter any promotional codes you have in the basket. The total should then update.
